Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
Items returned after the 14-day return window
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we will happily exchange it. Please contact us at bernardhachimi@outlook.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
